What is Flux?
Flux is an in-game resource earned by playing the Ranked Constructed game mode, Gauntlet of the Gods. Flux is used (in conjunction with $GODS) to fuse within the Forge to merge identical cards into a new singular card of a higher quality.
Can Flux be used as a real currency?
No. Flux is an in-game resource that is used to fuse cards. Fusing cards increases the Quality, creating a purely aesthetic effect, but in the instance of fusing from Plain to Meteorite quality, your in-game cards combine to become a newly minted NFT!
What is the Forge?
The Forge is where you can Fuse cards. It has its own tab in the Launcher.
What is Fusing?
Fusing is the process of combining two or more existing identical cards into a singular higher Quality version of the original card. Previously, you were only able to fuse Core set cards to Meteorite quality, but now this feature has been expanded and allows you to fuse Core cards of all quality with the exception of Diamond.
A new Meteorite (or higher) quality Core card created from fusing means your card is now an NFT and can be traded on the supported marketplaces, allowing it to be traded for ETH. Expansion cards from Trial of the Gods, Divine Order, or Mortal Judgement sets are already NFTs, so they can be traded right away without fusing.
What is Gauntlet of the Gods?
Gauntlet of the Gods is a minigame linked to both Ranked and Casual. and currently the only way to earn Flux. By winning with a God, you will be rewarded with a certain amount of Flux based on your rank and the number of wins you already had with that God on the same day. Each first win with a God will also unlock two Gods adjacent to them, allowing you to earn more Flux. Flux is only allocated for the first three victories with a God. This allows for 18 Flux-earning victories per day, by winning 3 times with each of the 6 gods. You will need to wait until the daily reset to earn more Flux after reaching 18 wins.

How many times can I fuse a card?Currently, you can Fuse a card 4 times, from Plain, through Meteorite, Shadow, and Gold to the highest quality, Diamond. In order to create a Diamond card, you’ll need 250 Plain copies and a considerable amount of Flux, and $GODS.
What is the difference between Quality and Rarity?
Quality is an aesthetic state. Plain (gray) cards are always non-NFT cards. Meteorite and above cards are always NFTs. Once two Plain cards are fused together, they become an NFT of Meteorite Quality. Now, with the release of Shine Fusing, cards of Meteorite, Shadow, and Gold quality will also appear. If you have five copies of a card, you can select each of these copies to begin the fusing process.
Rarity indicates a card's drop rate. The higher the rarity, the harder it is to find that card in a pack. Rarity is shown by the colored crystals on either side of a card’s nameplate. A gray crystal indicates a Common card, pale blue a Rare card, purple an Epic card, and gold means the gods must look favorably upon you, mortal, because you’ve landed yourself a Legendary card! Legendary cards are very powerful, and thus you can only hold one of each Legendary in a deck (whereas you can have duplicates of any other rarity in your deck).
Am I able to reverse Fusing?
No. Once the cards have been Fused, it cannot be reverted. This also means it can never be removed from the Blockchain.
How many $GODS do I need to fuse cards?
The cost of $GODS is dependent on the rarity of the card you’re choosing to fuse. More details can be found in our blog here.
What can I do with a Fused card?
The Quality of the cards will be more meaningful as Gods Unchained continues to grow. Upcoming game mechanics, such as Daily P&E, will see demand increase for higher quality cards as players will have the potential to earn more rewards by playing with higher Shine cards. And of course, newly fused Shine Cards can be traded on the secondary market as NFTs!
Why isn’t Fusing working for me?
Visit this blog to check you’re following all the steps correctly. Importantly, you’ll need to have your wallet connected to both Gods Unchained and Immutable X before trying to fuse a card. You’ll also need to make sure the wallet you select in The Forge screen is the same one linked to your browser at the time of going through the fusing process.
If you run into any issues whilst fusing, please wait 10 minutes. After this, navigate back into The Forge screen and retry the transaction. If this doesn't solve things, please contact support.
How do I check what I've Fused in the past?
In The Forge screen, there’s a button labeled ‘history’. Click on this to view your last 60 fusing actions, as well as their status and details.
How do I earn $GODS for free?

Alternatively, there are a number of other legitimate places to swap buy and swap tokens, such as OKEx, SushiSwap, and KUCoin. It's important to note that you'll have to deposit these tokens into Immutable X to be able to Fuse cards though.
What happens to any $GODS spent in the Forge?
$GODS used in the fusing process are sent to the Staking Rewards pool, as explained in our Whitepaper.
I have $GODS in my L1 wallet, but the Forge won’t accept it, why?
Fusing in The Forge happens on our L2 solution, Immutable X. This means that the $GODS used for fusing have to be on Immutable X as well!
