There’s a couple of ways that you can report bugs in order to get the attention of our team.
In-game bug reports
The most effective, recommended method is to use the in-game bug reporting tool as soon as you encounter the issue. You can access this by clicking on the bug icon during a match. By using this option, all of the necessary information is automatically sent to our Quality Assurance team and developers, meaning that the issues that you report can be looked into and resolved more efficiently!
Report bugs to our Support team
If you would like to report a bug outside of the game, you can submit a ticket to our support team. We ask that you include the game logs with your bug report to help with troubleshooting.
If you’re having difficulty finding the output logs, please try the following:
Tip: Use Apple + Shift + G for the Go To command and then paste the path in there, as the folder may be hidden by default.
Please note that the output logs need to be sent immediately after the affected match in order for them to be useful to the team.
Discuss bugs with the community in Discord
The final option is to let us know in the #bugs channel in our Discord server, but reports here are harder to triage and action so this method isn’t recommended.
