There are two events that occur every time you make a purchase: the first is the transaction you send, and the second is a callback transaction on our end which could take up to 20 minutes. Usually, your transaction is still just processing, but if you are concerned follow the support information below.
If you have purchased a chest and are having trouble finding it in your inventory, head to the Open Packs page and make sure the wallet that the chest was delivered to is selected in your MetaMask browser extension. If you have multiple wallets and are unsure which one you used to purchase your chests, simply check your purchase confirmation email. In order to open the chest, you’ll need to make sure your wallet has enough ETH to cover the gas fee required.
