When the marketplace opens in stage 2 of the Immutable X rollout, cards will be minted at a regular cadence but not straight away. This means you may not see your Trial of the Gods cards in Immutable X when you first sign in or purchase a pack, but rest assured they will be viewable and tradable in Immutable X after the next minting checkpoint. These happen on a regular basis. Check back in the next day or so.
Once stage 3 of the Immutable X rollout activates, all valid cards will be minted from linking and/or purchase. From here, assets will continue to be minted straight away for all expansion sets to follow.
As of yet, most issues regarding inventory haven't been linked to errors with Immutable X. If you’re experiencing difficulty here, the below list should help you troubleshoot the issue.
- Incorrect wallet linked: See the most recent pinned message in general for troubleshooting on how to select the right wallet.
- Items in escrow: If you purchased Trial of the Gods cards with a Credit Card or Debit Card, your items are in escrow and you’ll need to wait 90 days from the purchase date to be able to trade these items.
- Wallet not linked in time/at all: If you didn’t link your wallet before 4:30am PDT April 7, 2021, your items won’t appear in your inventory until minting reactivates. Minting has been paused for launch so we can track trading. More info here.
Purchases not made on the linked wallet: If you purchased cards from a different wallet address to the one you have linked to Immutable X, then your cards will not show in the inventory. Immutable X pulls information from wallet addresses as opposed to Gods Unchained account IDs.
- Items are not part of the Trial of the Gods set: We are in Stage 2 of the Immutable X Rollout. In this stage, only Trial of the Gods NFTs are available to trade. If you have cards or items outside of this set (like, say, Genesis) these will be minted at a future stage. More info here.
