How do I change my email address?

You will need to submit a request to provide your new email address so the Support Team can help you with this. Please note that the request should be submitted by the current email address you use to sign in Gods Unchained.

There will be a verification email sent to your new email address, you need to confirm by replying to that email. Once you receive the approval, you can sign in normally to Gods Unchained with the new email address.

How do I change my In-Game username?

To do this, simply go to Settings within the Gods Unchained Launcher. It may take a few moments or a re-log for changes to appear. Don’t worry, changing your name will not affect any rewards you may receive.
