I can’t connect/link my wallet.
There are multiple reasons why this could happen. If your wallet is a MetaMask wallet, please follow our MetaMask linking guide:
Make sure when linking a MetaMask wallet that you allow pop-ups; you need to accept prompts that MetaMask offers.
Finally, it’s possible that your wallet is already linked to another account. Wallets can only be linked to one account at a time, so you’ll need to delink it from the old account and add it to your new one. In the description of the ticket, clearly outline which wallet you want to delink for which account, and which one (if applicable) to keep. We don’t want to delink the wrong one!
I purchased a card from the Market, but I can't see it.
First, if you have multiple wallets, make sure you're looking at the right one. It's possible the card is in a different wallet.
After checking this and still no card, perform a clear cache from within the client (found under Settings) or a hard refresh on the website (shift/cmd+F5).
Finally, someone might have beat you to the purchase. While verifying purchases on the blockchain, it's possible that multiple people tried to purchase the same card. When this happens, it appears as successful purchase, but will appear as "Reverted" on Etherscan. The ETH you used to pay for the card will be refunded, but the gas price used during the transaction will not be.
My cards aren't appearing on the Trader to sell.
Only cards of Meteorite Quality or higher are available to sell, meaning only Genesis cards and already fused Core cards will appear to be sold. You can tell if a card is of Meteorite Quality by the red colour of the card.
In order to sell on the Market (and receive/obtain Meteorite Quality cards) you need to link an Ethereum Wallet to your account. For steps on how to do this (and why you need to in order to purchase items), please see our article on Wallets here.
My cards/chests aren't appearing.
Please ensure you have the wallet that you purchased them with set as your primary wallet in Metamask. Any asset you purchase with a wallet will only be available to your account with that wallet set as the primary.
Your chests will also be found by navigating to Open Packs > Click the chect icon in the top right corner
"The order failed. Please check that your wallet is currently connected and has access to this asset."
This message appears when you are trying to sell an item that isn't in your selected wallet. Just select the correct wallet and the asset will be available to sell.
